About Us
North Philippine Union Conference
The North Philippine Union Conference is a regional office of the Seventh-day Adventists dedicated to spreading the Good News of God’s saving grace across the island of Luzon. NPUC provides oversight to nine local mission fields, offering administrative support and representation to the churches in the respective regions. Additionally, it supervises one publishing house, five tertiary schools, and four healthcare facilities.
Mission
The mission of NPUC is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His loving witnesses and proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel of the Three Angels’ Messages in preparation for His soon return (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Revelation 14:6-12).
Vision
In harmony with Bible revelation, the NPUC sees as the climax of God’s plan the restoration of all His creation to full harmony with His perfect will and righteousness.
Method
Guided by the Bible and the Holy Spirit, the NPUC pursues this missionthrough Christ-like living, communicating, discipling, teaching, healing, and serving.
Core Values
The values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church are grounded on the revelation of God
provided in the Bible and the life of Jesus Christ. The following are the specific core values
of NPUC that will serve as guide for the employees in performing their work, in making decisions, in implementing programs, and in interacting with each other and with the church members within its territory.
Every NPUC employee puts into heart and mind these core values and acts accordingly.
It can be summarized with the acronym: ACTS.
Accountability
As God’s stewards, every employee acknowledges and assumes responsibility for actions, decisions, and results.
Character
An employee should reflect Christian virtues and maintain high moral standards.
TEAMWORK
The NPUC family works together as one body to achieve a common goal which is to spread the gospel.
Service
Every employee uses talents for God’s glory and is committed to be of service to God and to fellowmen even amidst adversity.
