Ministerial Association
Adventist and non-Adventist pastors as well as church elders are those being ministered by this department. It encourages the spiritual and professional growth of the pastors. It administers trainings for young ministerial workers and continuing education programs for the ministers. It guides schools of theology and safeguards the faith and doctrines of the Church.
Mission
In harmony with the mission of the NPUC, the mission of the MA/ACM Department is to call all people within the territory of North Philippine Union Conference “to become disciples of Jesus Christ, to proclaim the everlasting gospel embraced by the three angels’ messages (Revelation 14:6-12), and to prepare the world for Christ’s soon return.”
Vision
In harmony with the NPUC Vision, the MA/ACM Department envisions that in 2020, with the compliant spirit of every mission and conference ministerial secretaries and Adventist chaplaincy ministries director; pastors, chaplains, elders, deacons, and deaconesses “sees as the climax of God’s plan the restoration of all His creation to full harmony with His perfect will and righteousness.”
